If the form does not display properly or not at all, it usualy helps to to briefly change the zoon setting. This forces the form to adapt.
Except for Opera, all browsers have the ability to zoom the entire page by using a key combination:
- To increase text size, press and hold <Ctrl> (PC) or Command (apple), then press the <+> key
- To reduce text size, press and hold <Ctrl/Cmd> and use <->
